Superman GRRRRRR!
Okay so here is my problem with the awful Superman https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif Okay, its not awful but Im having issues…. err one issue.
I FINALLY got over the flipping of the leg and have grown used to what was once terrible pole burn BUT now that I can semi hold the position I have figured out that my right arm does not want to hold me up for more than a second, but if I switch to my left arm holding me Im fine. GRRRRR. So I need advice! Should I keep trying on my left even though it is extremely frustrating and my body seems to not want to do it, or hold off on the move until I build up strength in my right arm in the correct place? The only problem with the last option is I am unsure exactly what muscle the arm is using when Im holding the position, so I dont know if push ups or basic bicep curls will help?
Bah! Im mad cause this is the move I goaled myself to learn this week and its just not working….
