Been working on superman, which I can awkwardly get into from Jasmine. Today in class, we went over a way to get out of it by going into Dove, which was harrrrrdddd to do! I could get it in one side, but the other shoulder wasn’t having it. So, my question to the community is once getting into Superman, how do you transition out of it somewhat prettily?

You can go back into jasmine. There’s also ways to drop into a Scorpio or Gemini from superman. Or if your strong enough you can lower your legs on the pole and shoulder mount. Dove is hard. Once I’m in dove I have no idea how to come out of that . Haha! So it wouldn’t work well if I used that as an exit from superman. 🙂

Thanks for the suggestions–I will be looking into those for sure 🙂 Yeah, it was soo difficult to get my other arm behind my head to get into Dove (I’m strong but not as bendy), I felt there were probably alternatives I hadn’t learned yet.

I think the easiest for me atleast, is to go back into jasmine.
