@ Pole Gal: Thanks hon! The last link you posted worked and I do remember following this thread on using Toothpaste as a grip aid! I haven't tried it just yet.

@ Saphyre: Thanks heaps! My work computer doesn't seem to like that link for some reason so I will take a look at it either on my iPhone or laptop at home. ^_^

@ Mighty Grip: I am going to place an order for 2 x of these as your free shipping offer has really got me quite excited and stoked to try this!!! Thank you for the link!
I have just finished my transaction and look forward to using this new product very much!! I love hearing good reviews and can't wait to try it out for myself!

I have been using the toothpaste for about 3 weeks now and I have noticed that the more I use it the grippier my hands are getting….I use to bath with mighty grip and now I only use it twice when I have 4 classes (1hr each class), which I think is super good….I do have to say that I'm the only one in the studio that smells like peppermint….Yummy 🙂

    Hi Alexa,

Do you leave the toothpaste on your hands, let it dry and then pole or do you wash it off first before you pole?

I let it dry really well, and then I wash it off before I pole.
