Sweet twisted grip!!!
Okay so today my hubby and I sent the kids to grandma’s so we could do some major cleaning…when I took a break from scrubbing carpets (real sexy:)) I decided to fool around on the pole for a little bit. Now, the twisted grip handspring has been eluding me…I’ve only been able to get half way up. This evening I tried to get a vid of it…but I was sooooo tired that I only managed to get two half-way okay ones. I’ll post the vid once I have it ready!! I found this one to be the hardest to get into but once up it feels really secure. Oh and by the way….I went to watch the rockstar progression video again (because I’ve been practicing and I needed to see it done again to make sure I was doing it right) and it’s gone…lost in the big crash of 2009 I suppose.
