@katana – I can imagine a drop from teddy to crucifix, but you'd have to be able to do a single arm inversion. I'm also not sure what you were saying about weaving the outside hand in to get to the pole…weaving it between what and what?
@tacha666 – The easiet drop to begin with is probably the sad girl drop. From a pole seat, bend your knees and bring both feet to the same side of the pole as your top leg. To drop, just release the squeezing in your thighs, then squeeze again to catch.
@PrincessPeach – It's possible you could do a teddy to hip hold by way of a single arm inversion, landing in a chopper hip hold. Is that what you meant?

Thanx! I'll try that – one day when I dare https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Doesn't it burn the skin very bad?

No, you can directly go from superman into allegra. You superman, and then when you drop instead of dropping into scorpio you drop straight into a pike—the tightest pike you could ever do ever. My studio calls it "superpike" 😛 And then reach the hand around the pike for allegra. So far my instructor and my friend Jessica are the only people who can do it like super fast and make the transition look flawless. But with the right practice you can do it so the pike almost isn't a step. Thus, superman –> allegra

A teddy drop is possible Aerial Amy teaches it at her workshops, but I can't do it lol. The teddy to crucifix I can *kinda* do. My pike teddy just isn't quite there to make it look nice. If noone has posted a vid of it I am about to practice and will post one.. fair warning you will have to use a bit of imagination 🙂
