Only 3 more weeks until our jam!! YAY! I’m super excited to meet all of you!
I plan on bringing some refreshments to nourish our hard working bodies that morning so if you want to bring something please let me know!

WHOOO HOOOO, Two days till Christmas! This means we are that much closer to the Pole Jam! I have worked it out with my bf so that I can go to the Pole Jam and then go out that night if we decide to. three weeks… damn! where did the time go? i’m ready for the new year. i’m going to do whatever it takes to have a successful year for my family and i. and i’m so excited to meet new people that have the same passion as well. i hope everyone stays safe, and has a good time in the next couple of weeks. what i wanna know is how i’m suppost to restrain myself from eating like a pig?!?! i’ve worked pretty hard to lose a few pounds, and hope i have the strength to keep it off!

yeah, the pole jam is when a bunch of us get together and pole dance! exciting, huh? i know i’m ready to meet more people with the same passion. and it should be on still. janueary 16th is the date. and voodoo child, if you need me to provide anything just let me know! i’d be hapy to help.

Wow Mindy that picture of the front door is genius!!
On how we get things started: Im sure every girl has a different way of warming up, maybe we could collaborate so each girl (or whoever wants to share their warm up) could lead us in their own warmup? This might take a while but since we have 4 hours it might be a good idea to reallllly warm up =P
Personally i know i want to get that dang cartwheel!!! And the extended butterfly, the elbow hold thing, twisted ballerina, well the list goes on….!

I personally like to dance as my warm up and then some streaching and then maybe a little more dancing depending on how I feel but I’m open to learning new ways to warm up. At 9am? I can definitely make it, although I might have to stay in a hotel Friday night??? Not sure how bad the traffic would be if I left South Austin at 5-6am. I’m sure I’d hit rush hour either in Round Rock or South Dallas. Is anyone else interested in splitting a room Friday night?
