I am in Houston as well…I can’t do this pole jam, but maybe next time…Sapphirecatzeye I am not very experienced, but maybe we could chat and meet sometime. I would love to meet more people in the Houston area, especially polers!

Yay I’m so excited! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif 1 1/2 weeks until our jam! Way to go Texas polers! Since I’m a fresh beginner, I’m down for learning anything and everything. I like to stretch and so some floor work while I warm up, but I’m not super structured since I don’t have my pole yet. I’m just ready to meet all of you wonderful, beautiful, not to mention talented ladies and have a blast!
I forgot who mentioned what they would bring for snacks, etc. earlier, but I’ll pitch in some fruit! I know I’ll definitely be hitting up Starbucks to get my wake up fix!
Anyway! Yay!!! Can’t wait!!

=D here is what I plan on bringing: orange juice, coffee, bananas, grapes, and probably some little breakfast burritos. I want to bring alot cus I’m not driving from very far at all and we will be working so hard we will need to fuel our bodies (especially since we will hopefully be able to go out later that night for some fun https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif)

I really wanna come out to do this!! Just spent alot of $$ for tickets to get to vegas for VPC, i’m gonna try and do my best to convince my hubby to let me come up to dallas, I would love to share my stretching routine with you ladies! -

Gotta get my hotel booked and was wondering where everyone else is staying? As long as the traffic doesn’t freak me out… I’ll be there. I’m planning on getting to Dallas Friday and leaving Sunday. Remember I live in a town of less than 300. I’m so excited. As of now everythings still a go right?

Hey Simpllysweet! On Friday you might run into some traffic around 4-7pm but just take some deep breaths and it should be fine ;]. The traffic shouldn’t be tooo bad on Saturday, especially since it will be pretty early in the a.m. when we kick this thing off. Where are you coming from? Everything is still on for Saturday the 16th from 9am-12pm, $35 per beautiful pole dancer =]

I’m coming from Hedley. Just south of Amarillo. Little worried about the traffic. I tend to freak out in Amarillo traffic. I have a friend that is going to go with me to help drive when the traffic starts getting thicker but frankly he’s not much more used to it than I am. I think as long as we don’t have to cross any of those huge gianormous bridges ya’ll have we’ll be ok. I pulled up The Girls room on mapquest so I have an idea of what I’m gonna deal with. I’ve only driven Dallas once and since then i’ve made a wide deture around it when I go visit my mother. Literally takes me about 3 hours out of my way to miss Dallas. lol Yep small town, country girl here.

By the way if we can get a head count it would help. I’m planning to get about 15 T shirts printed for everyone and I’d hate for anyone to be left out. That is if the printer can get them done in time.

This is going to be so much fun!!
Here’s a suggestion — sometime during the early parts of the pole jam (before we are all exhausted!), we should do a mass January challenge. My camera just won’t cut it, though, so somebody else would have to do the recording. Maybe we could do it in groups, since I’m not sure all of us could be seen at once.
Also, remember to bring music! The stereo at The Girls Room can play most anything, but be sure to bring your own cable if you wanna plug in your IPod (or whatever).
