Does anyone know what this move is or a video I can look at to see / practice? I learned it at the studio the other night- but def want to study it some more before doing at home w out a spotter. It statrted inverting up in to a cupid (i think!)  You hold your foot (shoe)  and then while holiding drop your lower body down so that you can regrip into pencil. It was really cool but I havent seen it anywhere before or after and I am dying to learn and watch! Any tips. suggestions, links would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

YES! That is the begining! From there you let your upper body drop to the floor and move into pencil! This is driving me crazy to try again and want soooo badly to see it in a viedo / dance somewhere. I love it! Noone knew what I was talking about at class last night n the instructor who showed me is off on vacation. So its a combo move- the dangerous bird into pencil.THANK YOU! I wonder if emotion catcher has triedthis. Im gonna copy and paste that link to her and see if yshe can do a video! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

poledancecommunity also has a trick called the Q, but they only do the dangerous bird without gripping the lower leg
