A girlfriend recently called me up wanting help to choreograph a chair dance for her hubs for their anniversary. I’ve been so busy with starting up my business that I have pretty much been off my pole for about a year. This was the kick I needed. Once I started moving to the music I was hooked. After working on chair stuff for a while I moved to my pole. I gotta admit, it’s like any other workout, once you stop for a while then start over it hurts again. My thighs hate me today, my muscles are sore, I have bruises, my muscles are tight, and I feel GREAT! Good to be back.

Sometimes you need to walk away, it makes you only appreciate pole more when you go back. It’s like a bad boyfriend, bruises, dings, red marks. But we keep going back to conquer that pole into submission. Lol. Have a great new year, and may pole bring you a new awareness of your strength.
