  I appreciate everyone sharing there posts and video's. wish I had found this sooner. I love the way everyone cheers each other on here. and the funny stories. I fell into a great group of people. Trying to talk some friends into trying pole but in different states, this site may be that link that helps. I have some bad health Issues and my pole keeps me motivated. now I have this to help with the motivation also.. Thanks !!!!! I'm Jazzed.
