Tips to keep up pole strength whilst away on holiday
Hi everyone, I’m lucky enough to be jetting off to a small island in Thailand on Christmas day for 3 weeks!! Now any normal person would be thrilled at this opportunity and of course I’m excited but all I can think of is the dreaded “no pole for 3 weeks..???!!” I’ve worked really hard this year to achieve some amazing strength moves and I’m so worried about loosing my strength. Does anyone have any ideas on some good exercises I can do to keep my strength up whilst I’m away? There is no pole on the island so will have to do a mini work out in my hotel room, any tips or advice would be sooooo welcome right now!
