I just saw this posted on facebook yesterday. Phoenix taught the move to a bunch of girls up at I think Studio 409.
Not sure if you will be able to see this:
It is very similar to a figure head but your feet are on the ground and you are not holding on with your hands.

The titanic is a pretty move that I created to dismount the pole or to transition into shoulder mount. The name is a lot bigger than the actual move. But I call it titanic because it reminds me of the famous scene where Kate Winslett leans out over the front of the ship while Loenardo holds her from falling. I guess it's somewhat of a thigh hold.

If you try it be sure to lock your thighs together or else you'll face plant.
