I love this move – I stil count to 3 before I do it.
I haven’t fallen out of it – it doesn’t mean you can’t but if you push straight up into it – it’s not so bad. My first attempt was spotted and if you can you should have a spotter for this or go to an open pole somewhere and ask for a spot.
I counted to 3 before waxing myself! LOL each painful strip LOL

To spot this: have your spotter help lift you up, you’ll begin in eros – use the inside arm to give your self a push – have your spotter at your back, holding underneath and have them take you all the way into an upright position.

Waxing’s easy compared to poling!!! lol!! Counted to three, then uccessfully did my tornado on first attempt! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Did it really slowly at first then on second go I was much faster apparently. Did happy dance!!!! Def gonna keep doing it cos it’s fab looking and no one else in studio has attempted it yet – it’s mine for a week or 2 lol!!
