October 16th is the date doors open at 8pm

~$10 at the door the night of the event.

~Vendor tables (cash and carry)
~Showcase participants
A $10 video submission fee is payable through PayPal, I can send you a link as well as the submission form and waiver. Please have a Utube link ready to send by August 31, 2011 or use Google documents. All submissions by August 31st, 2011 the video needs to showcase your skill level, it does not have to be your performance piece. Please be ready to send in your performance song as quickly as possible, songs are reserved on a first come first served basis. MP3 format not iTunes.

Is everyone going with somebody? It was a bit iffy at first but I think I'll actually get a chance to go but it will have to be alone since I don't know anyone here and my friend will most likely have her own plans. I wouldn't mind going alone maybe if I knew what to expect but I don't want to look like a loser at a table all alone or something haha. Besides, I wanted to meet some of SV friends there but obviously I wouldn't really be able to recognize anyone from a hole in the wall. Maybe we could set something up to meet up and go together?

There will be a few Veeners there, Modelesque so come out and enjoy yourself! If worse comes to worse, I'm the one with flaming hair. I perform 4th but my husband and girlfriend will be manning laptop and cameras up front.
Which reminds me, the event will be streamed here to SV Chat, for those that want to watch but can't actually come to the show. Streaming I believe will commence around 8:30pm EST.
