Tough Time w/ Inverted Thigh Hold
OK…I’m thoroughly frustrated today as I can’t seem to get anything. I’ve been working on the inverted thigh hold, gemini, and inverted v over the last week. I’m not so done over withi not being able to get the gemini & the inverted v, but this darn inverted thigh hold is really getting my goat. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mad.gif
I can do the crucifix and basic invert pretty well, but I just can’t seem to get the inverted thigh hold. Once I turn in the position to do the crucifix it’s like I lose it and can’t remember which leg needs to come off the pole or the direction it’s supposed to go. Heck, I almost broke my shoulder on the last attempt so I just worked on the crossed knee release. I did do pretty good with this one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
OK…thanks for letting me vent. I’m a bit under the weather and I made myself get up and do something. I was just so tired of sleeping and feeling bad. I do feel better though.
As soon as I can I’ll upload a video and/ or photo of me trying to do this invert. Maybe a few pointers will do the trick.
