Tracking Info on X-Pole purchase?

My husband ordered an x-pole for me on 2/1/12 (wednesday) through paypal. He said he hasnt got a confirmation email or anything saying that they recieved the order. I was wanting to know how long the processing takes and when we will receive a tracking number. My husband is deployed so all info is most likely going to be sent to his email and i need to let him know when to check it.

I know that XPole usually ships very quickly unless the pole is out of stock. I did not order one so I did not get the whole confirmation of payment thingy when I got mine (it was won in a compettion), but I think I had it within a week of calling them.

I received your email a few minutes ago. We generally put the information in PayPal and PayPal actually emails you. I'll refresh the information for you so hopefully you'll get the tracking info shortly.

chemgoddess1- thats awesome! i was going to buy it off of the official website, but i seen they were offering $10 shipping! i just had to take advantage of that!

I did the same thing, ordered my xpole 45mm titan gold here, will put it up later today! I received confirmation immediately and received within few days. Must be a hiccup somewhere, cuz service here on sv and xpole is great.

ill have to tell my husband to check his email the next time he calls. im really hoping he got the tracking info! im so anxious!!

I’ve also been wondering something similar. I ordered my pole from this website just last night and am wondering when/if I will receice tracking information. I did receive a confirmation email on my order though.
Perhaps I’m just a little impatient…I’m just excited!! 🙂

We generally get shipping info at the end of the first business day. We should have it shortly.
