For legs, you cannot beat Alethea’s floor work videos. The leg isolations will really do the job and the shoe slides and shoulder rolls will kill your legs, hip flexors, core, everything! I’ve been doing Veena’s strength routine for several months now and see great all- over gains. I just added her booty lifts and squeezes and they’d are aces! The bonus is that Veena and Alethea’s videos are not boring. Vee is like your own personal cheerleader and keeps you going when you want to die, and Alethea is just fun and gorgeous to watch with awesome music.

I didn't feel like I was making proper progress until I starting going to my local circus school. There we do LOTS of front, back, and side kicks.. and are encouraged to do these everyday – for strong hips, glutes, and hip flexors. Also do a lot of dancing (ballet, modern, etc), not necessarily for calorie burning, but for beautiful body extensions, shapes, r.o.m, style ect:)
