Hello. I hope you don’t mind me coming on her and asking a non pole dancing related question, but I guess you guys are qualified to offer advice if ok?

Regarding stretching to achieve the splits for Martial Arts. Please can someone offer some advice on this as I can not seem to progress any further as I get pain in my hips.

Thanks very much, Simon. (London UK)

2 things that have wicked well for others: Google splits in 6 weeks. I am on my phone or I would link it for you. Also check out resistance stretching. Veena has a really good 20 minute routine but if you are not a paid member you cannot view it, but I believe they still have the 3 day free trial.

Yes I have 2, 20 min routines for splits stretching also you’ll find many individual lessons that are more in depth and cover placement in order for you to get the most out of each stretch!
