I love the way some people just dance so naturally and their transitions are just perfect and you can really FEEL the way they dance. I kind of get lost once my feet hit the floor. Any suggestions for transitions or videos maybe to watch that could help inspire me? I envy all you naturally graceful women! ha.

I would suggest watching videos here to get ideas, there’s a lot of good dancers here just to name a few, there’s pixi Lou bell, Sandra Pole, tropical vertical, veena, ava Madison, emotion catcher

Feeling is so important, more important than tricks to me. We all have that feeling it just takes time to channel it. You have it!!! I agree with Mystical’s list except it’s far to hard to name them all haha but here’s a few more that I enjoy Arch Angelica and PoleLeo 🙂

Thanks for all the tips and ideas on what to check out! Can’t wait until Sunday, it’s my pole day where no one else is home to throw off my flow!
