Hi everyone! I’ve been reading the site for six months but this is my first post. I’m trying to choreograph myself a bit lately, to make a small routine, and naturally I struggle a lot with transitions. So… Best ways to get out of brass bridge, and move to add right after? Best ways out of gemini? Do you like the transition from gemini to crucifix to slide down handstand (alt. name cobra dismount)? I don’t know any other way to get out of gemini except climb over the leg, or go into crucifix, but I am kinda bored of the latter and the climb up move is not always available to me (not when towards the end of a routine – too tired).

Dismount from Gemini – switch legs to Scorpio – into Scorpio handstand and then with a little momentum from the free leg you add a little spin to come to floor xx

From brass bridge you could go down into a jenerio or pencil.
From the gemini you could go into dragonfly and then go into scorpio from there, or you could go directly into scorpio and then go into hiphold and then the jade split, or you could go from the scorpio to flatline. 🙂

From Gemini you can swing the other leg into the pole and take the gemini leg off for open V into jade or you can go into pike and superman or pike and bomb or once you swing the leg around and take the pole arm off go into inner thigh hold then back to scorpio you can even turn it into a butterfly

Brass bridge to aysha or straight edge works like a charm.

To me an outside leg hang is the little black dress of inversions. You can take it into so many things!
    –inside leg hang
    –hip hold
    –shooting star AKA jasmine
–climb to hood ornament to sit
    –butterfly
    –inverted thigh hold
    –cupid
    –knee hold
    –genie
    –“Q”

Thanks girls! I’ll try some of these out. Not flexible enough for jade… Will try hip hold/pike/bomb, some of these gotta work. And then for brass bridge I might just try the bow and arrow elbow hold and then get off the pole? This song is so short, I picked it short because I thought I would be stuck with no moves to do but then everything takes soooo much time to get into properly and get out properly and freeze in it so that you show it off, so I was wrong. Oh well, first time trying to make choreography for a song!
