Hello-can you please give me some ideas for getting into and out of Teddy? I cannot think of any moves to transition to from the Teddy.

    Invert from it
    Go into hood ornament
Inverted V hip hold or other hip hold
Regrip and go into pole sit of your choice, then into layback, etc.

Someone here does a superman to teddy or teddy to superman, I forget which. It looks great though.  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I love doing superman to teddy, followed by an invert into whatever! 🙂

Also superman teddy jamilla lift! Love a corkscrew lift into any teddy variation on spinny mode, nadia sharif does that one a lot, into the teddy type fromt armpit hold that’s in a chair spin position.

Figurehead is a good in as well. And if you have a solid no-hands corkscrew, you can end it in a teddy, then lower the legs to the ground.

When you invert from a teddy do you grip the pole and get into a normal straddle? Or is there another way?

And how would you go into a superman from a teddy?? And jamilla lift? Any videos? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
