Trying to get my elbow stand
First off I been doing a lot of shoulder exercises, i been doing some core exercises to. I did try doing an elbow stand yesterday and couldn’t get my butt or legs up but veena said that is common. I did do a little kick but I must of not did it good enough. When I do try the elbow stand again I’m going to record myself and see what’s going on, I feel like I have good form when I’m in it. I always make sure my shoulders are engaged. I’m going to keep practicing and doing the related lessons and more exercises
