Twisted Grip Substitute?
I love the Scorpio to TG Ayesha transition, but I really don’t like using TG… I just can’t figure out how to make this happen in split grip. Is it possible?
I know coming down off the pole into TG isn’t as bad for your shoulder/wrists as kicking up into it… and I’m def not over using it…. but I’d love to know if there was another substitute.
It’s interesting because I know TG is rough on the hypermobile people, which I am not at all… but I find it very twisted and just uncomfortable… Like it might be right on the edge of my range of mobility. Hm.
