I would love to go and watch the USPDF, I was trying to find out how to get tickets, like how much they are and where to get them but I couldn’t find any info, anyone know how to gets tickets, and roughly how much they cost??

I’ve been waiting for this info too! They were supposed to put up that info on their site on Nov 26th (for everyone who’s not a member), but then they changed it to December sometime unspecified. Blast! I want to go SO BAD, but i really need to know how much it’s going to cost so I can start preparing NOW! Eee gads! The tickets for VIP at regionals were like $70 bucks I think, so if it’s going to be anything close to that it probably won’t be over like $100, is what I’m guessing.

I caved and entered too — literally as I was about to board a plane back home from Austin to LA! It ended up being one of my USPDF West practice videos, so I’m not sure it will make the cut since the moves will be familiar. Ah well, there’s always next year.

I was told they’d likely make their decision within a week of receiving the entries, so hopefully we’ll know by Friday!

My bad…you asked "how" would we know, not "when."
I don’t have the answer, but I’ll for sure share any news I hear. I know about a dozen people who’ve entered, and you know how news travels fast!

I was told that we would know by the end of the week….I’m assuming that those picked will be contacted probably by phone…and then it would be posted on their website…not sure though!!

I was notified via email last time for the East Coast Comp, so I am assuming they will notify again the same way. I found out a couple days after the final submission date, so we should hear by the end of the week! I’m still waiting on my routines via DVD from them from the last Comp….When you all that entered find out, let us know on here!

I was looking forward to the Pro submissions – but I’m only seeing one. Was there a different process for them to follow or something?

A lot of them resubmitted their previous videos. I know Leigh Ann Orsi resubmitted hers, as well as Lisa Wilhoit (Amateur), but they could’ve sent in their videos via DVD. I guess we’ll have to wait and see the results!!
