  • Unscrewing the screws for spinning mode?

I have a 50 mm X-pert, which I primarily use on static mode. Sometimes I try to do spinning (although my spinning moves are an awful mess), but I notice that I don’t seem to be able to get any momentum at all. If I walk around the pole and then come up to stand on it, it’ll spin for a very short amount of time and then quickly come to a stop. If I try to do a plank….forget it, it’s not going to spin at all.

The manual said that, for spinning mode, the bottom screws should be unscrewed just so they’re flush with the pole, and I’ve actually been unscrewing them more than that. Should I take them out altogether? Basically, my question is: Is it my dancing technique that’s the problem, or is the pole itself not spinny enough with the screws in?

Actually it sounds like your pole is overtightened. I did the same thing when I got my Xpert up – it wouldn’t spin much at all – I called around and it was too tight, I loosened it and it’s fine now.

What do you mean by overtightened? Which part? I think I may have to my pole, but not really sure. Help https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Hi! I mean that the adjustor rod might be be too tight therefor the whole pole is just to tight into the ceiling.
