Update on how I’m doing in exercising
I been exercing consistently for a couple weeks, today I did 20 pole squats, 10 one leg squats, 20 plie squats, 40 shoulder presses, 20 push ups (on knees) I did a few shoulder slides. I want to be able to do a solid pole hold, I can still do my pole sit, climb (one time, not two times). Tomorrow I’m going to work on core, I really want that elbow stand 😊 where I can work on shoulder stand.
