Veena Workshops….
Posted by Veena on April 13, 2014 at 10:43 amNow that I’ll be hitting the road and hopefully seeing as many of you as possible I wanna know what you’d like to learn from me? I’m finalizing my workshop plans but wanted to I’d see if there was anything you’d like to learn from me that I haven’t thought of yet. xoxoxo Can’t WAIT to see you all!

Yay! There’s nothing in particular I want to learn at this moment. I just hope you come to Boston. 😀

What about Houston Texas around the first 2 weeks of June I’m visiting my sister then would live to stop by! 🙂

Oh! I want to know when you’re in Fargo! That’s only two hours west of me!

Let us know if you are in southern Cali. san diego, etc. I would love to learn intermediate combos on spinning pole. Like tricks on spinning pole but also spins on spinning pole and putting them together. Okay, I know that’s a lot. But I feel we rarely do spinning pole at my studio and even rarer that we do spins on spinning pole. I just don’t know how to string together moves on spinning pole.

But, I would be happy with anything you would teach!!! 🙂

Do you have a schedule posted anywhere? I’d love to take a workshop if I could! I second ofezo; flexibility would be fun. But really, I’d take anything that was offered. 🙂

Yes, we will be posting our planned destinations for everyone and we plan on providing a place on SV so you can follow our travels. We are still planning out how we will go about taking requests for workshops, so those who are interested keep your eyes open!! Also remember we cannot possibly visit everyone, but we will do our best!!
Some basic options for workshops are: Pole, Flexibility, Chair dance and Hula hoop. For Chair and hula hoop, the studios would need to have access to metal folding chairs, and quality (no kids toy hoops) for hooping.

Count me in! I’d be up for any of those workshops!
Are you only interested in studios?
Princeton has a few old mansion with huge lawns that have yoga workshops from time to time.

Also there are the sculpture grounds that are good for stretching/flexibility. I also see people holding workout and yoga bootcamps at the shore too. Though, I guess for those you would need more advertising planning than doing it through a studio.Well, if you’re anywhere in driving distance from me I’ll be there! Yay!
