    I want to gain shoulder and core strength, would love to be able to pole climb, shoulder stand, elbow stand. when i start a work out on here i end up stopping and doing something else, so my workout is all over the place, There are so many workouts i can do on here so i want to try them all..lol. what would you suggest? I would like to work on flexibility to.

    There are lots of options! Try using the 30 day take off and swapping out some of the listed routines or moves to customize it.

    sounds great, I will look at it and see what moves i can add or swap, I will start it today. I will let you know how it goes.
