are aerial silks in the future for studioveena lessons? just wondering- there are no classes within 100 miles of me and i would love lessons and i see a lot of veeners were mentioned aerial silks in this post https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Hey azblanco. Living in South Africa makes it even more difficult to find silks training! Try http://www.antepenultimate.org/mediawiki/index.php/Glossary  and http://community.simplycircus.com/tutorials/aerial/aerial_silks.htm for some info

Veena, I bought a hoop just recently (several months ago) lol and just now picked it up again!! I will have to try to make one now that you got the video up 🙂 I did a basic cardio today, but i hooped through a whole song (2 mins) roughly and only dropped the hoop twice, once was just dropping and the other going the other direction! I was surprised!! Anyhoo! Tmrw back to doing strength! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Thanks for putting them on here!!
