If your new to Flexy training then do the middle spits routine and rest the next day then do the front splits routine. Or vis versa! This gives you flexy training twice a week. Once you’ve been training like this for 2 weeks or more then you can increase your training to 3 times a week. You can also train for both splits on the same day. Please make sure you have gone through the indevidual stretches first, before moving on to the routines. There are stretches listed there that are not in the routines. 😉

I only stretched 2x a week w Vs lessons. They work great and I got my splits in 8 weeks….at 46 years old!!!!

I'm extremely stiff, and I've been doing Veena's routine (not regularly) but I've gotten down to about 3 inches from the floor so far. I try to do it twice a week…I should be there soon 🙂

Heck no, I wasnt flexy! Check out my
Pre stretch video….it was the first day I got serious about stretching, u can see how NOT flexy I was. I will say I tweaked Veenas routine to what I liked to do, but it was with her that got me going! -
A majority of getting it, is telling yourself you WILL do it! Unlike fancy pole moves which we work at for months, this is something basic such as sitting in a chair. U just got to push through the pain each time…… 🙂
