A quick q. We don’t have to warm up before doing these do we?

Aw I didn’t realise it would require a pole π maybe I’ll do it after I’ve moved to my new flat!

Ok so far so good… Only hiccup is I’ll be traveling and without a pole for a few days later this month.
This only effects day #15 and 17 (16 is a rest day). I’m not sure what I’m going to do just yet. I was going to skip the rest days before it… and then just rest that whole weekend.. but I think thats not best, I like my rest days AND I don’t want to do so many days without working my abs π
So maybe just to the exercises I can do (unless I can find something to sub in for a pole, but I’ll be staying with family in Cincinnati and I’m just not sure how much exploring I’ll be able to do, but It’s possible)… I think I’ll be able to find something to do the twists, roll ups and leg lifts with (a basketball net pole perhaps) but I’m not sure about the knee tucks.
OR maybe I’ll switch the 14th with the 15th, and the 17th with the 18th because the 14th and 18th don’t need poles (Superman, camel, bird dog)
We’ll see, I have time to figure it out. π
