  Weee MY POLE FINALLY GOT HERE !!!

  Just took my very first spin on my new pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif – NOW I get what all the fuss is about. Omg, can’t believe how much fun I had. But it was really hard though – it looks so easy on film, but I know now that it’s not.. I must have looked like a sack of tomatoes jumping up and down https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif Haha… lol..

  But oh my godness – I LOVE IT already . I cannot wait to practice every day from now on – but right now, I can’t practice anymore.. My arms have fallen off (or atleast that’s how it feels) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

  Yay! That is so awesome. My first night was rough for me… All those muscles I never knew existed were aching. ^_^

  Yeah me to !! Gosh, and today it’s even worse… I can’t believe how many muscles there actually are in my arms, shoulders and neck..
