Weight Training and Flexibility
I’m not sure what my point here is, but I’m really frustrated! I don’t have a pole yet so I’ve commited myself to preparing for pole work by increasing my flexibility and increasing my strength and stamina. However, the strength training seems to seriously decrease my flexibility! After proper warm-ups and stretching all week and making some decent progress in my flexibility, I did leg day at the gym this morning and I feel like I’m back to square one!! So not fair!
