@Athena30 – I fit in a workout, pole or other stuff, just like I fit it showering or brushing my teeth. It's part of my lifestyle on top of my 9-5er and sidework clients.
@Shariya – I pole 4 days a week which includes 3 2-hour in-studio inversions class, 2 1-hour classes of open pole, and one flexibility class. The other 3 days consist of some type of cardio, like flywheel (spin) class, yoga, gymnastics, ballet, or the SV videos. I like the variety outside of pole. I rest on days when I need to…that's very important.
