Toast, butter, cheese. Coffee. And an yougurt with grapes grains.Since couple of weeks, I noticed that I became to eat a lot of proteins (milk products, eggs) and a lot of fruits and vegetables. I guess my body just asked for this type of food so it can sustain my crazy poling programme lol

Ooohhh I love this post. Today I had egg beaters scrambled eggs with turkey bacon and toast. Yea kinda alot, but my bf made it for me. And I stopped by starbucks…I know bad me! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif

For breakfast : Glazed donut and one bottled water . I didn’t have time for breakfast because I overslept so this was my only option at around 10 lol.
Lunch: Chicken ceasar salad, one bottled plum juice.

Good idea!
I am following the Slimming World plan and for breakfast had: 1 Weetabix, a chopped up apple with a Mullerlight yoghurt on top with a few grapes.
I went to the gym at lunch so only had an Alpen bar for a snack.
For Tea/Dinner I’ve just had ham, poached eggs, slimming world chips and peas – yum!!

I had a cup of Fage Greek Yogurt with honey and an ounce of walnuts, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and some nasty ass egg beaters. For lunch, I had a lean brisket sammich on wheat and an apple bran muffin from starbucks with a nutritional value of shit, I’m sure. But it was really good.
For dinner, I’m going to eat an "asian salad" premade, cause we’re in the process of moving- topped with shrimp and onions. I’m also going to finish off some portobello mushroom fajitas that I made a few days ago- and maaaybe if I’m still hungry later on I’ll eat a black bean veggie burger.

355ml Red Bull, quite a lot of prunes, a soy flat white (coffee) and water.
however, have done 1 x Bollywood class and have Vertical Strength to do later (killer class, aka Torture time by many students) and taught a low maintenance pole class.Not dieting, as it doesn’t work for me, but trying to eat less processed food.

then later, i downed a caramel iced coffee.and around 4pm’ish my bff forced me to go to taco bell, and i ate a crunchwrap supreme, some nachos and dr. pepper.
ewwwww. i know. unhealthy.
well, i haven’t eaten since but 1 banana. -
breakfast was leftover lemon shrimp and some sugar snap peas both with a little bbq and ceasar to dip in.
lunch two small pieces of veggie pizza
snack two packets of high fiber oatmeal
dinner half a large garden salad and some mannacotti
a whole lot of americano through out the night (black)
a shot of vodka and a double vodka soda ( i bartend on fridays )

For breakfast I had a bowl of Kelloggs Coco Pops Moons & Stars (with full fat milk!! Yes you may smack me now!!)For lunch I had instant chicken noodle soup (from a packet, just add water, Im so naughty!) and a ham sandwich on white bread (with butter!! Uh oh!!!)
And about 150g of Rowntrees Fruit Gums throughout the day!!!!!
AND a Cornetto Ice Cream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OH I am such a bold bold unhealthy girl!!!!!! I wont do it again, I promise!!!

bf: raisin bran w/ banana.
lunch: lettuce bowl salad w/ grilled chicken breast, tomato, grilled onions, and some shredded american cheese w/ balsamic vinaigrette dressing. (yummmm!)
snack: half of one egg roll
dinner: shredded chicken w/ light mayo, and some veggies.
dessert: 3 raisin oatmeal cookies.drank: 2- half lemonades/ half waters, 3 cups of water, 1 cup of sweet rice water, and like 3 sips of coffee.
yeah. exceptional.

Ok a few things have made me make the decision to start eating healthier!

2. The fact that after I made the post yesterday I got hungry and I had beans on toast! (White toast with butter!!!)
3. Last night I was out with my friends and I was asked if Im pregnant by no less than FOUR people! (Ive put on 10lbs since my wedding in June!!! I guess once the wedding was over I stopped caring what I ate! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif )So today I had porridge with low fat super milk for breakfast.
For lunch I had some grilled bacon with whole meal bread (no butter!!) (Irish bacon is different from American bacon, its mostly lean meat with a small amount of fatty rind but I trimmed that off.)
Havent decided what to have for dinner but Im going for a 2 hour pole practice today!

Todays meals (I do this religiously!)
Breakfast: ! cup cooked old fashioned oats, 1 whole egg and 6 egg whites scrambled, 1 slice whole wheat toast with sunbutter, 1/2 and orange, vits and supps, 8 ozs water and 1 cup of coffee.
Snack: 1 cup low fat plain yogurt with 5 almonds and 8 ozs water
Lunch: Skinless boneless chicken breast, spinach salad, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1 cup frozen vegies, 8 ozs water
Snack/Pre-workout: Protein shake
post workout, protein shake with L-Glutamine and 1/2 banana 8 or more ozs waterDinner: Orange roughy, 1 medium baked potato, spinach/lettuce salad, 1 cup frozen veggies..8 ozs water.
Snack: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, 8ozs water

Breakfast: Raisin Bran with milk and green tea
Water
Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat with a lot of lettuce and potato chips
Water
Dinner: (planning on) Salmon with green beans and sweet potatoes.
Snack: piece of strawberry angel food cake & black coffee
Dessert: watermelon (from our garden!)
