What do I need?
Posted by cij1916 on February 4, 2014 at 12:02 amI want to order everything Thursday so that when it comes I can pay for my 1 yr & hit the floor running. I saw I needed a foam roller…anything else?

I just started the 30 day takeoff and I’m on day 7 … So far I’ve used an exercise band, a foam roller and a yoga block. The other things that I bought just yesterday are tennis balls and a metal fold up chair. The lessons here are AMAZING ! I’ve already learned a lot !!! Hope this helps and enjoy !!!!

Yep, what 20vegas listed….We use a pole, and an exercise band. Other items I use, but you don’t HAVE to have, are a tennis ball, foam roller, yoga block and yoga strap.

Yoga strap with or without a buckle? What size yoga block? Also, what size roller do you recommend? don’t want to get 1 too small lol

I doesn’t matter what size of anything you use 🙂 I like a longer roller because it can be used for helping stretch the middle splits if it’s longer. Here it the roller I have but you can buy a cheaper one too.
