    What is a spinning inversion??
    And also what qualifies as a "handstand on pole"??? Simply a handstand (floor) or does the handspring also count??

    In Nov (i think) Veena’s challenge was the competition submission guidelines and I was just looking it over and wondering what these things would be. . .
