    For me its like this.

First ordered the pole: "Im gonna be so freaking sexy, spinning around that thing!"

The pole is set up: "How hard can this really be?"

First try climbing the pole: "av! Its slippery?!"

But then comes all the good things.. Your first climb, invert etc. And even tough im not there yet, I know that someday I'll be good enough to compete!

It’s the best feeling in the world to be up there like you are flying, having the strength to pull up into those inverts m, to be able to GO hang upside down on the playground with your grandkids or kids, to recieve compliments about how good your body looks for an almost 50 year old! Oh and the thrill in showing off those pole moves! Yes it has been worth every bruise every piece of skin ripped off,Every callouse, every ache and pain!

The feeling of accomplishing a move you've been working so hard at is the best feeling in the word.  I do my crazy "I can't believe I did it" laugh all the time along with my "OMG I FINALLY DID IT!" dance.

The feeling of disbelief when I find out how strong I have gotten in over a month, every month.

The feeling of how all I wanna do is show the world what I've learnt and accomplished each and every week, even though I really don't.

The need to pole dance every day even though it's bad, so I literally have to stop myself from pole dancing more than 3-4 times a week!  And then there's thinking about pole dancing practically all day every day because that's how addicted I am to pole.

I've always loved music, played instruments and liked to sing. But nothing has allowed me to express myself like pole dance. Regardless of what you choose to wear or not wear, https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif Pole Dance can be the most amazing blend of art and strength!

I've only been dancing since Feburary but I love it. Going from not being able to hold myself up just a short while ago, to now being able to hold myself is amazing!!! I can't wait to learn more and more moves. I love how it makes me feel, on and off the pole. I feel much more confident and stand taller now days. Hubby has always loved my body but he's really digging the new curves and shape my body has taken on since I've started.

I am very proud of all the bruises I've gotten since I started two months ago and know they are worth every second of it. I have finally found my PASSION!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

One of my (many) favorite things about pole is watching\feeling myself progress. I was not one to stick to any fitness regimen so you can imagine how into it I must be after a year. You’ll be hard pressed to find a feeling like the one you get when you nail a move you’ve been yearning for! I’m stronger and more confident than I’ve ever been. My thirst for working out has grown tremendously because of pole fitness. Now I lift weights, run, stretch, eat healthier etc. to be better at pole! It comes very highly recommended 🙂

I have always had a special interest in pole dancing

but feeeeling yourself, seeeeing yourself progress is such a great feeling.

i am stronger than I have ever been because poling is so fun and makes you want to be better, stronger, and to hold the moves longer, do more than you could have ever imagined.

and i hope you decide to begin a very long, painful, but extremely rewarding and exciting journey!

    p.s. hope this helps!

For me, pole dancing has and continues to be life transforming. From building self esteem, to finding my inner dancer, to letting go of my inhibitions and giving me a sense of accomplishment being able to do things that I never in a million years would have thought I could do. It has given me both emotional and physical strength. Plus, as an added bonus, I have made some of the most wonderful, dear friends and that alone, I wouldn’t trade for anything!

Addictive is what pole dancing is like!! When you start u watch videos and think there is no way I will ever get anywhere near that, then 6 months later you’re upside down hanging off the pole with your ankle, tipping into a chopper and finding yourself in a superman….WOW..Eat that pole!!! BUZZ!!!
