Totally common to loose a move, don’t stress about it it’ll come back😉

Really?! So frustrating! Now I’m working on Basic Plank and my arms and shoulders are just not having it! My body is being stupid. Boo.

I find that some moves tend to come and go depending on how my body is doing that day. Especially strength based moves that are newer to me. Keep it up and know that they will come back!

I had that today – was trying to get into flatline Scorpio from a thigh rest, and my thigh rest has totally gone! Was just not happening even when I went back to the lesson and re-did it step by step! It happens, but it’s not forever.
