What’s public and what’s private on SV?
I did a quick search and couldn’t find an answer to this question, so sorry if this has been asked before. I’m new to the site. 🙂
When I log out I can still view some of my discussion board replies. But I cannot view my profile. So, I’m just wondering, what can non-members view of mine on the SV website? Will non-members be able to read my blog posts or see my videos?

As far as I know – the discussion board is public (including any photos attached to discussion replies) , but your photo albums, videos and blogs are viewable only by SV members. For extra privacy you can choose videos to be only viewable to SV friends – which is people you’ve specifically invited to be friends with you or accepted a friend invite from.
You can also choose to share your vids on FB which means they become as public as your Facebook settings so if posted (for example) to an open FB group they are viewable to anyone who clicks the link and will then be able to see that vid on SV. You select this option on a single video basis so just because you shared one vid it doesn’t mean they are all visible on FB.
I think that’s right please say if I’m wrong because I would like to know!
