I have so many I can’t wait to try out this week. Today for the first time I got the Marion Amber!!!! Going to work on some more tomorrow. But first I will be creeping through some of you gals/guys videos and see what I will try. Feel free to let me know some really good moves and tutorials I can look at to learn.

It’s crazy cause people can’t believe I have only be poling for 5 months ( I have never been on a pole prior to 5 months ago when I purchased my first pole). I can do so many moves. I’m a very determined person. And when I want to do something I put my blood and strength in it. I know alot of people say start with the basics. I can’t. I get to bored with some of those moves. I love challenges!!! When it comes to flipping and being upside down on the pole I have to try it….lol

    Happy poling!!!

Fave moves that I currently have are gemini/scorpio switch & butterfly. My fave moves that I eventually want hopefully later this year at some point are the Ayesha & Cartwheel mount.

When I see this question I always wonder: my favorite move that I can do, or just my favorite move period? My favorite move that I can do is probably a toss-up between spinning leg switches around the pole and shouldermount-based tricks.  My favorite move period would have to be either a deadlift (working towards it) or a rainbow marchenko (not gonna happen in this lifetime, but looks nice on others).

Right now, it’s something that my studio calls the helicopter. It’s not a chopper though. You hook your inside leg, grab with your outside hand underneath that knee and spin inward down to the floor.

(If anyone knows another name for it, please let me know)

@PoleDreamer – It is very similar so probably it’s just a variation of that one. Thank you.

Ooh haven’t seen that one before – thank you 🙂 Its similar to one I learned called the “Nike tick” where you have your top leg straight, with the back of your leg *on* the pole and let yourself fall backwards.
