Where can my xpert go?
okay lovely ladies I just recently ordered it and its supposed to be here the next few days. My husband and I are trying to decide where to put it I know it has to have a ceiling joists above it.my question is can I put it on the second level.I have a lot of extra space in my bedroom which is also a child free zone and I was hoping to put it in here but unsure about it being on the second story. I looked on the xpole website but couldn’t find anything…any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

2nd floor should not be an issue. Just be sure to check it especially during the change of seasons as temperature differences can affect both your ceiling and your floor and may cause the pole height to not be set properly.

This is not really a technical response but was useful when someone brought it to my attention. Before I got my pole I thought about the space dimensions and the ceiling issues. I ultimately decided to put it in the basement. After it was there I realized that the basement was never “my” space and it felt unfamiliar. So although I had no issues wanting to pole, I never wanted to go to the basement. I guess I am trying to say that, in addition to the technical considerations, you should put your pole in a place that “feels” right.
