Oh I just finished all 4 DVDs today 🙂 Love the sexy fundamental & floorwork most! she breaks down the moves very well, but I think I need to stretch more with her Stretching for pole and pure splits so I can pick up the moves easier 😛

I've tried the "Pure splits" and I like it very much. As for the other DVDs, I don't like very much the background music, but I will try to go beyond this and use them anyway. Her DVDs are of great quality!

I have all 4, i like the floorwork one best have picked up lots already. The music is really good, my kinda music. The stretching and splits dvds are good but i don’t have much time to do them. Anyone else think Alethea looks beefed up on her new dvds?

I bought both her stretching videos but I have only watched the 'Pure Splits' one. Although it was extremely well done, I have only watched it twice because the music – literally – gave me a headache (no offense to anyone who likes that kind of music, it just is not my "cup of tea").  I would love to get her new ones, but I don't want to spend all that money and find out that I can't stand the music on those either.

I have the stretching DVDs and I just ordered the floorwork and fundamentals.

I don't mind the music but I am someone who likes to listen to things according to my mood so I wish it was on a seperate track that I could turn off.

Maybe anyone who doesn't like it should email customer service so they can take it into consideration in case Alethea puts out more DVDs or maybe even adjust future copies of the already released stuff. In the meantime I guess I'll have to memorize the routines so this won't be an issue.

Thanks Cherished for your suggestion. Actually I thought to write a suggestion and as per some other feedbacks already submitted here and there, I will do so. It's important to provide such a feedback hoping they will consider it for the next DVDs.

I definitely ended up just writing the stretching routines down and ultimately memorizing them, because its also just easier for me to stretch without having to watch or follow along. Sometimes, I just need a little bit more time in a particular stretch, or I am going to skip a stretch, etc. While I understand that licensing music can be tricky/expensive, the repetitive nature of the songs drives me a little crazy in the stretching DVDs. The floorwork/sexy fundamentals DVDs have similar music, but since the music enhances the movements, I find it much less distracting from the DVDs' overall goals. I really do like the info in those newer DVDs!

I have the Pure Splits DVD. I can front split both ways but have struggled with my center splits for years. I'm challenged by her advanced material and am glad I made the investment.

I have the Floorwork and the Sexy Fundamentals DVD’s. I like them both. Some great signature Alethea moves in both, and there is a good mixture of moves in them so that whether you’re beginner or advanced you can get something out of them. It’s a good thing she talks throughout them though because there are a lot of moments where the cameraman is so close to her crotch that you can’t see what she’s doing.

I am going to try and use them starting next week just to start getting my self stretched back after my hip surgery in Jan. I've been a little scared about falling from the pole so I have been hesitant although i have the go ahead. It will be a start over for me since it has been almost 6 months since I broke my hip and femur. I can really feel the rods/pins/screws even when walking so I am in for a challenge.
