  Who just posted a flat jade video?

  Someone just posted how to get into a flat jade….a video, and have me some great pointers.  I was just going to save it to my favs. and now cant find it!  It was posted within the last two days…….anyone help me out?

  No, Sashmae, not her.  It was listed, "FIRST FLAT JADE".  She gave a bunch of pointers on how she learned to tip her hips using a foam roller……

  Found it!  I guess it was an older video with a current thread!  I am going to study this move and how she does it!!!!!
