Ok! I’m making an executive decision on the meeting time and will also start our official thread later today!
I’m thinking the time we should meet on thursday night is:
5:30 pm Pacific Time
6:30 Mountain Time
7:30 Central
8:30 Eastern
*I’m putting aside 2 hrs for the stretch, as I want to stretch my entire body with 2-5 minutes per stretch.
I tried to find a time that would hopefully not be too early or too late for anyone. I realize that this may not be the same for those outside of the U.S. but I HOPE we can somehow make it work!!!

I definitely improved a few degrees in split, back-bendy … not so much
BUT we really worked the split tonight.

I was sooooo happy about the turnout, and sapphire leading the stretch was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity, but awesome!!!! I discovered I’ve been doing my splits stretch wrong the whole time, and once I did it the right way, I was much further than I thought!!!! Thank you for the compliment on the miniature, I think he’s pretty cute too, but I’m biased since I grew him. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
Stardust, I’m in the process of trying to get an international day going as well, I think if we do it in the morning here in the states, it will be eveningish for those of you all over the world!!! I will let you know!
