Yesterday my mom asked my husband to come over and help her with some plumbing stuff. Since I practice Wed nights at my moms, I took the kids over with me so we could switch later. After he was done, I asked him to look at my pole. Id had a minor issue that I needed some man strength for. Anyway, we called Xpole customer service and had that issue resolved. I went to put my pole back up and he helped me level it out. Once it was locked in, he had the balls to take a swing on it.

HE SWUNG AROUND, DROPPED IT LOW AND BOOTY POPPED.

Omg, i could of died laughing! Then he tried to climb with pants on and kept sliding, so I showed him to roll them up and grip with his calves. Yep he climbed up there too. Thats when I showed him the handspring and that was the end of up. But the entire time I was cracking up and kicking myself for not getting the camera.

hahahaha! that's so funny! i try to make my boyfriend try things all the time so he can appreciate how difficult and painful some things are (and I'm talking very basic stuff, like the pole sit, lol). and he's taken a swing or two around it too to make me laugh.  boys are so cute and silly sometimes! 🙂

I'm impressed he knew how! XD

My husband is a little scared of the pole, since one time he went for a jump and introduced pole to family jewels…poor guy! But, he's getting a little better!

I think it's really cool that your hubby gave the pole a whirl.  A camera would have been great, can you just imagine?  However, it would have been NECESSARY to post it on studioveena, because I think everyone would want to see just how supportive your hubby is of your sport. 🙂

First day I got my pole set up, my husband performed a shouldermount on it!  It wasn't pretty, it was just brute force and his upper body strength that did it, but it was impressive none the less. 🙂

Both my current boyfriend and my ex went to my co-ed class.  The current is pretty good can go upside down and acknowledges how painful it is on the skin.  My ex is a rock climber and while we together i taught him how to cartwheel before i could.  Something i had been working on for months he got in 5 tries and held.  if we wouldnt have broken up  he would be dominic lasse

my husband tried once to do a spin that he kept telling me wasn't that hard. then complained for a month that his shoulder hurt ( well did you engage it before spinning…I think not). But what I wish I had video of him doing is some of the floor moves he has tried….leg splays and what not do not look quite so sexy when a guy is doing them….

    Lol, that’s freaking awesome!!!

I remember my first week of pole dancing, I thought I’d show my man some sexy moves. He ended up showing me how it was done! Lol. He had skills!!!
