I’m pretty sure both those articles are a joke. The picture is so blatantly photoshopped, and I agree that Wii would never let something like pole dancing be part of it’s gaming product line. While WE know that pole dancing is great for fitness https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif the general consumer market would not be aware of that. Besides, Wii is losing popularity worldwide and will be obsolete soon… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif And if it is true, and there is a game coming sponsored by Peekaboo, you can be that WIi is going to have even more lawsuits on its hands!!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

yeah i agree… https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif lawsuits out the Wahoo if they use the peek-a-boo pole..it is so unreliable and someone WILL get hurt…you’re def right about the pole dancing. in alot of ppls eyes it’s trashy and women don’t get enough respect for the fitness and endurance that it takes to pole dance. if you ask me, it’s gymnastics but it’s on the pole and not on the floor..some ppl won’t understand.. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_king.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_queen.gif lol maybe it is photoshopped

This was announced last year (2008) and I haven’t seen anything since. The pic is def photoshopped. That remote is HUGE! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I highly doubt that this will ever come to light…and I would be kinda glad if it dosen’t (esp under Peek-a-boo) just because it would probably come across as a joke and making fun of those that pole!

Ok first of all I could photoshop a better pic than that!!! ( and I just may, just for fun…)
And as someone who got suckered into buying an Electra-pole, I’m rather angry about this… How can peekaboo possibly market themselves as a "real" dance pole??? I still have the piece of crap laying under my bed… store wouldn’t take it back without the original box, so at least now I have something to compare to.
But I’m truly hoping that this isn’t going to happen for real… for the sake of all the poor souls that land flat on their tookus and/or face from using the peekaboo pole

I still have the box I bought it in and all the original packaging, but the problem is that the store only does store credit and I don’t need 120 dollars worth of Spencer’s items. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif Without a receipt, I doubt they’d take it at all.
But back to the point.

Lol thanks, but that was pretty straight-forward. The pics I used had plain, solid-colored backgrounds so one click of the Magic Eraser, crop to what I wanted to use, rotate or flip around, resize, and then drag onto the new image. If I had used a pic of a real person it would’ve been a little more difficult…
I’m feeling challenged now… hmmm… *opens photoshop again*
Ok I’m just editing this post to add what I just did so I don’t double post…
Not the greatest and not too much to it… I’ll probably take this down before too long before I get emails telling me they’re going to sue me for using the Wii logo or something stupid like that…

Carmen Electra was working on a pole game with Wii. that was sometime last year… maybe 1 year ago?
I was working in an IT environment at that point, so, the guys thought it was funny to send me the link to the news item.
