    I apologize if this is already a thread…but I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and if it would be worthwhile to do. I’m sure it couldn’t hurt. I am sort of advanced in my pole tricks, but I am bad for neglecting my left side and I’ve been swimming more than poling lately and just sort of felt like doing a “refresher course” and just something more low key. I’m extremely athletic usually, and I think I’ve been overdoing it lately. But would this be good for someone who is already doing pole? What are some of the benefits?

    The 30 day take off is part of the lessons, so once you purchase you'll have access to ALL lessons including the 30 day take off and more.  I think it's always a good idea to get back to basics and fundamentals of pole which is what the 30 days are about. If you are advanced you can incorporate it into your existing workout.
