Wondering if I should try the 30 day takeoff program?
I apologize if this is already a thread…but I was wondering if anyone else has tried it and if it would be worthwhile to do. I’m sure it couldn’t hurt. I am sort of advanced in my pole tricks, but I am bad for neglecting my left side and I’ve been swimming more than poling lately and just sort of felt like doing a “refresher course” and just something more low key. I’m extremely athletic usually, and I think I’ve been overdoing it lately. But would this be good for someone who is already doing pole? What are some of the benefits?
