Congrats!!! The cradle was tough for me when I first learned it too...I could get into position but would spin slooooooowly one revolution and then be left hanging there. Such a pretty move!

Cheers to you!! I am having such a problem getting the cradle. I can't seem to get the pole lower in my midsection/seat area, or hold the moves for several revolutions. I keep bruising my thigh. What worked for you?
Good for you! Please share any tips with us :D I would love to be able to keep the spin going for 2-3 revolutions or so.
