Woohoo!!
I finally inverted, all proper like (better in a Suffolk accent).
After many months of protesting and refusal (mine and my knees), it all slipped into place this week and I got the figure 4 / xknee release. The proper version with the gripped ankle, but I’m getting better about releasing my death like grip on my ankle.
Still considering the basic invert, but that can wait until my abs are stronger.
